Communication
You will be added to our email list when purchasing services, signing up for challenges, or entering competitions. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Payment
Charges for services are outlined in project proposals or invoices. Quotes are valid for seven (7) days, after which we reserve the right to amend them.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. No work will begin until this payment is received.
Full payment must be made prior to final handover unless otherwise stated in writing.

Project Timelines
We will aim to deliver services by the agreed deadlines, provided that all required content and information are supplied on time.
To avoid delays, a single primary contact must be appointed for communication, and all required materials must be provided as requested.
If delays occur due to missing information, we may pause or close the project, and remaining balances will become immediately payable.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are available only if services are cancelled within 24 hours of work commencing. A partial refund will be issued.
No refunds are provided for completed work, digital products, or after the review stage.

Intellectual Property
You retain rights to content and materials provided by you for the project.
We retain rights to any design work or intellectual property created during the project until full payment is received.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

LiabilityWe are not responsible for losses or damages caused by delays, omissions, or inaccuracies, or for issues arising from third-party integrations or decisions to forgo recommended actions.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Service-Specific Terms
For ongoing services, such as website management or brand consultation, a minimum subscription period may apply. Cancellations require 30 days’ written notice, and payments are non-refundable.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law.

Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.

Affiliates (Website Design/Development)
Receive rewards for each successful client referral. Client must onboard and complete the entire process of the service which includes signing a contract and making all payments to complete the service.
